Job summary

Camping World is seeking a dedicated Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, keeping accurate records of parts and progress while upholding safety standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with RV service, the ability to lift and maneuver parts, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Certification from college/technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
