Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and bodywork. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and routine maintenance, with a strong attention to safety and quality control.

Applicants should have trade-school credentials or related experience; RVIA certification is helpful. Expect to perform precise diagnostics, document results, and maintain a clean, safe work environment on site.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
