Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostics and repair work on RV coach systems, generators and coach bodies, and will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical maintenance with precision.

We offer training to certify new technicians and value self-motivation, attention to detail, and safe work practices. If you have hands-on repair skills and a passion for RV service, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
