Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Texas. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components, with strong mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills.

We offer training toward RVIA certification where needed, require tool ownership, and expect physical stamina. This full-time role includes pay ranges, benefits, and on-the-job training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but experience counts
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
