Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach components. The role requires mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance skills with attention to detail and self-motivation. Certification opportunities are available through Camping World.

You will work on RV coach systems in a team environment. We value experience in related trades, tool proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
