Campers Inn RV is looking for a Service and Parts Advisor to help customers schedule service, communicate needed work, and ensure parts and accessories are in stock. You will collaborate with the service team to deliver a smooth repair process and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year RV service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Moncks Corner, SC.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with MS Office and Motility Systems2K.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms.
• Assist Sales Staff in providing accessories.
• Prepares repair orders (RO) and dispatches incoming parts to technicians.
• Receives all incoming parts and tracks inventory.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Keeps customers updated on RV service progress and status.
