Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Service and Parts Advisor in Moncks Corner, SC. The role involves scheduling service work, communicating required repairs, and ensuring the correct parts are stocked.

It’s a safety-sensitive, full-time position with opportunities for growth within a reputable RV dealership. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and ideally one year of RV service experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year RV service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office and company systems including Motility Systems2K.

Responsibilities

• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Identifies RV problems by listening to customer’s description of symptoms.
• Assist Sales Staff in providing accessories.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment.
• Prepares repair orders (RO) and dispatches incoming parts to technicians.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and updates the customer.
• Receives all incoming parts.
