Qualifications

• Abilities: Read and comprehend instructions; strong communication and managerial skills; operate department profitably; knowledge of regulations; use of computer and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage Service/Parts Department staff.
• Ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Oversee operations and profitability of the service department.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of service dept. supplies.
