Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department within our national RV network. You will supervise technicians, schedule work, and ensure high-quality customer service.

The role emphasizes profitability, accurate service records, and coordinating repairs while maintaining a safe, efficient shop environment. A strong leadership mindset and RV expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or business preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in RV service with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong RV systems knowledge and diagnostic/repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians, mechanics, and staff.
• Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service orders.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Interact with customers to understand service needs and provide estimates.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate service personnel.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with standards.
