Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV General Manager to oversee day-to-day dealership operations. You will lead sales, service, finance, and parts departments, driving profitability and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of operation.

The role requires strong leadership, RV industry knowledge, and the ability to set strategic goals, manage budgets, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results across all dealership functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Min. 5 years in a leadership role within RV or automotive dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers (sales, service, finance, parts).
• Set and monitor performance goals aligned with dealership objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Oversee inventory management for new and used RVs.
• Ensure profitability and financial performance of all departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
