Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV/auto/marine/power sports is preferred.
• Strong track record delivering customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team.
• Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction across the service department.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, P&L management and labor cost control.
• Build a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, parts associates, and more.
• Foster a culture of development, retention, satisfaction and philanthropy.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and meet monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
