Job summary

Camping World seeks a Fixed Operations Director to lead and grow the service center, delivering top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and guide Service Managers while driving performance and strong financial results.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment across the service operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume Service Center in RV/auto/marine/power sports preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with dealership software (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Intermediate or better MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the service department.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor-cost control.
• Build a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates and more.
• Foster a culture of development, retention, customer satisfaction and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
