Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our Service Center, overseeing the Service Manager(s) and driving profitability while delivering excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage P&L, and maintain safe, efficient service operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires RV/auto industry experience, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV/auto/marine or power sports.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong reading and analysis of P&L reports.
• Proficiency with dealership software systems (ADP/IDS/R&R).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of Fixed Operations.
• Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction across the service department.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of technicians and advisors.
• Maintain safe, efficient service operations and meet monthly budgets.
• Foster employee development, vendor relations, and strong teamwork.
