Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead the service center, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and profitability. You will mentor Service Managers, drive labor and parts efficiency, and build a cohesive team across technicians, advisors, and support staff.

Strong RV knowledge and dealership software experience are highly valued. The role emphasizes budget attainment, vendor relations, and a culture of development, safety, and service excellence at our West Boylston

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV/auto/power-sports industries.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of Fixed Operations.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, parts associates, and other staff.
• Foster a culture of employee development, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain relationships with external vendors; meet monthly budgets.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
