Campers Inn RV in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Parts Associate to deliver world‑class customer service by helping customers find the correct parts and accessories and ensuring stock levels meet demand.

The role emphasizes accurate parts processing, daily inventory counts, and collaboration with service technicians and sales staff to support RV maintenance and upgrades. Prior automotive or RV parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Experience in automotive or RV service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and Service Advisers for work orders.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Track Obsolete parts and make recommendations to correct.
• Receive incoming parts.
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories.
• Take advantage of all Parts training.
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge.
