Job summary

Alpin Haus is seeking a Service Advisor to provide excellent service to customers seeking RV maintenance and repairs. You will greet clients, document their needs, and coordinate with technicians to schedule work and track progress.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, preparing estimates, and communicating clearly with customers about pricing, timelines, and required approvals. A Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General knowledge of motor vehicles, RVs, or related trades preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing service role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer descriptions and document details on a work order for technicians.
• Perform walk-around inspections to assess damage, repair needs, and upsell opportunities.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; explain provisions and exclusions to customers.
