Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase transactions, and provide price estimates before scheduling appointments, while maintaining strong organizational skills and follow-up.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Proficiency in using a computer and internet search to retrieve information.
