Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transaction value, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

You will also keep customers informed about work progress and follow department procedures while leveraging your service experience and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches
• Excellent organization and follow‑up skills are required
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
