Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed on progress.

You will determine customer needs, suggest add-ons, provide price estimates, and maintain clear communication with customers about work status. This role includes a commission-based pay structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
