Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed about work progress.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-ons to raise transaction value, and delivering price estimates before scheduling. This role emphasizes customer communication and efficient administrative support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle is beneficial.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
