Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team in the RV service department. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support while keeping customers informed about work progress and status.

The role emphasizes direct customer interaction, identifying product needs, and offering add-on services to boost transaction value. Prior RV experience and strong computer and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
