Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and maintain communication with customers throughout the service cycle.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
