Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to raise average transactions, and provide cost estimates for installations before scheduling. The role emphasizes strong organization and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches
• Excellent organization and follow up skills
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling
