The role includes determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to boost transactions, and preparing price estimates before appointments, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle helpful.
• Strong computer and internet search capabilities.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
