Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. By working directly with customers, you will determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales to raise average transactions, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

You will keep customers informed about work progress and outcomes, contributing to a positive service experience. The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 or more annually with uncapped commissions, plus a

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid's driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
