Job summary

Camping World is seeking a service-oriented associate to assist customers with specialized product needs and services at our Florida location. You will propose add-ons, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers informed of progress throughout the service journey.

The role emphasizes strong organization, internet research ability, and following department procedures, with a commission-based compensation structure and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
