Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Pasco, WA. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

In this role you will determine customer needs by engaging with clients, suggest add-on services to increase transactions, and provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Must follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests and provide admin support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine product needs by consulting with customers and suggest add-on services to increase sales.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling appointments.
