Job summary

Camping World in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of service experience and RV product or camping lifestyle familiarity. Proficiency with computers, strong organization, and the ability to follow procedures are essential; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Must be able to work on a computer and perform internet research as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine product needs with customers.
• Suggest add-on services to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
