Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and support the Service Department while keeping customers informed on progress.

The role requires selective RV product knowledge, strong organization, and comfort with computer use. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and the job entails lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient with computer use and internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
