Wilkins RV is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the full customer service experience from appointment scheduling to final billing, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. You will greet customers, assess needs, promote services, and coordinate cost estimates and orders with the shop team.

The role emphasizes professional communication, a positive attitude, and proactive engagement to exceed expectations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire customer service experience from appointment to final bill.
• Greet customers and establish positive rapport.
• Assist customers in determining needs; promote products accordingly.
• Estimate cost of repair and prepare itemized service order.
• Initiate service orders, obtain customer signature, and close when completed.
• Develop a thorough understanding of products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote additional services.
• Maintain communication with customers and follow up after work is completed.
