Blue Compass RV Raleigh is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, providing accurate service recommendations and guiding customers through service options in a sales-minded approach.

This salary + commission-based role offers strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
