Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions. You’ll also provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments and maintain clear

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
