Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You’ll need a minimum of one year of service experience, preferably in RV products or camping lifestyle, plus strong organizational and follow-up skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Proficient on a computer with internet searches.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
