Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to raise average transactions, provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and ensure customers are updated on progress throughout the service cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
