Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

The role also emphasizes suggesting add-ons to increase average transactions and providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, while ensuring follow-up and clear communication with customers throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient computer use and internet search skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
