Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, proposing add-ons to increase per-transaction value, and delivering timely price estimates for installations. A minimum of one year in service is preferred and a valid driver's license is helpful.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle exposure is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
