Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-ons, pricing installations, and ensuring timely updates on status. The role emphasizes service quality and sales participation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Must be able to use a computer daily.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
