Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and support the Service Department administratively while keeping customers updated on progress.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, suggesting add-ons to boost transactions, and estimating installation prices before appointments. Prior RV experience and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide admin support.
• Determine product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transactions.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
