Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating service requests, providing administrative support, and keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include assessing customer needs, offering add-on services, and providing price estimates before scheduling. A background in RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred, with strong organization and computer skills required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
