Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, providing price estimates, and maintaining updates on progress. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience may be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
