Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to raise transaction value, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling. Strong organization and service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is desirable.
• Proficient computer use and internet research
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
