Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed about work progress.

The role emphasizes upselling add-ons, delivering price estimates prior to scheduling, and maintaining clear communications with customers throughout the service cycle. This position is based in Kissimmee, FL, and offers competitive pay with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
