Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates, and ensure timely updates. Competitive pay includes base plus uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
