Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role emphasizes upselling to increase transactions, accurate price estimates for installations, and strong attention to follow-up and customer communication. This is a full-time position with benefits and potential for commissions.

Formación

• 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV products or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient with computers and internet research.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsabilidades

• Suggest add-on sales to increase transactions.
