Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed on work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to boost transactions, and preparing price estimates for installations before scheduling. This role offers commission-based compensation and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistive devices).

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
