Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor in Fort Myers, FL to initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department. You will keep customers informed about work progress and ensure smooth service delivery.

The role involves determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales to increase value, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience recommended.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
