Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in Fort Myers, FL to initiate and process repair-service requests and support the Service Department. You will engage with customers to determine needs, provide price estimates, and communicate progress throughout repairs.

The role emphasizes add-on sales, strong organization, and adherence to procedures, with a base plus uncapped commissions and full-time benefits. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
