Camping World in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales, provide price estimates prior to scheduling, and ensure timely communication of status. A background in RV products or camping lifestyle is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle encouraged.
• Able to perform internet research and use a computer daily.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
