Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to increase transaction value.

Responsibilities include providing price estimates for installations, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers informed of work progress throughout. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with RV lifestyle familiarity encouraged.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
