Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Minnesota. You’ll determine product needs by engaging customers, suggest add-ons to boost transactions, and provide upfront price estimates before scheduling service.

You’ll also keep customers informed about work progress while following department procedures. This full-time role supports a broad benefits package and opportunities for growth within the service team.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
